2. How do I place an order?

  2. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout.

Yes! We offer free domestic shipping within Latvia. For international orders, we offer:

  • Shipping within Europe: €5, or free for orders over €150.

  • International Shipping: €20, or free for orders over €250.

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Latvia: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.

  • Europe: International orders within Europe may take 5-7 business days.

  • Other International Locations: Delivery times to non-European countries may range from 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure swift delivery. If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@aobn9.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.


7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.

We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. You can return or exchange the item for a full refund, or choose a different product.

Please note that return shipping costs are covered by us for domestic orders, but international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
